Use this site to learn about Ethon and contact the team. Please don’t use the forms or demo to share patient information, seek medical advice, or request urgent help.
When you send an inquiry
The form saves your name, email, optional organization, product interest, and message in our Supabase-backed inquiry database. It also includes the page you came from and any specialty or inquiry context shown in the form. These details help the team understand and follow up on your request.
When you read an example
Sample conversations are written illustrations. Reading one does not activate your microphone, start a call, or book an appointment.
When you start the voice demo
Starting a call connects to Smallest AI’s demonstration agent using LiveKit. With your browser’s permission, microphone audio is sent to the demo service. Conversation text may appear on the page. The same general agent is used across specialties; it is not connected to your practice’s schedule.
Use fictional details only. Ending the call disconnects it; it is not a promise that data has been deleted from provider systems. Ask us about provider processing and retention before sharing anything confidential.
Before a real deployment
Review supported integrations, data access, retention and deletion, required agreements, and the responsibilities of each provider with the Ethon team. Agree clinical handoffs, after-hours behavior, and pilot testing before introducing real patient information.
